Exchange, Return, Refund Policy
Grabee appreciates every single time you trust us with your purchase. We love to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. We assure you that all Products sold on grabee.com.bd are brand new. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, you have to contact with us 24 hourse within product parcel recived and we will solve your issue within the next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can have a Refund as well in term and condition.
** Any damage items cannot be exchanged or returned. Any item sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, items sold under any Sale/Discount offer can be exchanged or returned only if you received defective or damaged products.

Please note that, in case of any exchange or return issue, you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery package. You have to notify us via mail or phone call and also you have to send us the product/s within 7 days.

– If you pay us by any mobile wallet (i.e. bKash, Rocket, Nagad), your money will be refunded within the same account within 7-10 working days.

Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you in between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.
