Regular Delivery (Inside Dhaka): 50 BDT
Regular Delivery (Outside Dhaka): 100 BDT
Courier Condition Charge (Cash on Delivery): A 1% extra charge will be added to the total order amount for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Inside Dhaka City: Delivery will be made within 3 working days.
Outside Dhaka City: Delivery will be made within 5 working days.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Business Days: Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery timelines may be delayed due to product availability or third-party courier delays.
Delivery Charges may vary depending on the product's size, weight, or delivery location.
Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi: Deliveries are generally completed within 24-72 hours.
Remote Areas: Delivery time may vary and could take longer, depending on the delivery address.
Currently, Grabee.com.bd does not offer international delivery. You can place orders from anywhere in the world, but the delivery address must be within Bangladesh.
Product Inspection: We request that you inspect the product in front of the delivery person after payment. If you find any errors or damage upon receiving the product, kindly inform the delivery person immediately.
